What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and motivate teams in construction, holiday lighting, and event production.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance client satisfaction.
• Problem-solve to resolve operational challenges and streamline processes.
• Manage resources, including tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
